SummaryThe Analytics Portal contains reports that can be accessed by Account Administrators and Users with administrative privileges on the RingCentral Online account and RingCentral Phone for Mobile. This feature is available to all Office Standard, Premium, and Ultimate Edition Users. However, the Device Status Report can only be accessed by Office Ultimate Edition Users.

Analytics Portal Overview


The RingCentral Analytics Portal lets you access reports such as Performance, Company Numbers, Device Status, Live Reports, Meetings Dashboard, and Quality of Service. It also lets you view existing Historical Reports under the Subscriptions tab.

Availability


The Analytics Portal is available to all RingCentral Office Standard, Premium, and Ultimate Edition Users.

NOTE: The Device Status Report (Admin Portal > Analytics > Device Status) can only be viewed by RingCentral Office Ultimate Edition Users.

How to access the Analytics Portal


Users with administrative privileges can view the Analytics Portal, as set by the Account administrator. The following permissions should be checked, depending on which Report should be viewed by the User.

• Features > Reports
• Features > Device Status Report
• Features > Quality of Service Reports- Full Access
• Live Reports
• Meetings > Meetings Dashboard


Once the permissions have been set by the Administrator, the Analytics Portal can be viewed on both the RingCentral Online account and RingCentral Phone for Mobile.


How to view the Analytics Portal on the RingCentral Online account


Go to Admin Portal > Analytics

You will be asked to authorize the Analytics Portal to sign in with your RingCentral credentials when you log in for the first time. Click Authorize.

NOTE: See Analytics Portal - Unable to Load on Computer | RingCentral if you are having problems viewing the Analytics Portal on your computer.


How to view the Analytics Portal on the RingCentral Phone for Mobile


Go to My Profile (tap your profile picture) > Analytics.
