Analytics Portal Overview

The RingCentral Analytics Portal lets you access reports such as Performance, Company Numbers, Device Status, Live Reports, Meetings Dashboard, and Quality of Service. It also lets you view existing Historical Reports under the Subscriptions tab.

Availability

The Analytics Portal is available to all RingCentral Office Standard, Premium, and Ultimate Edition Users, and can be accessed on the RingCentral Online account.

NOTE: The Device Status Report (Admin Portal > Analytics > Device Status) can only be viewed by RingCentral Office Ultimate Edition Users.

How to access the Analytics Portal

The Analytics Portal can be accessed by Account Administrators on the RingCentral Online account by going to the Admin Portal > Analytics

Users with administrative privileges can also view the Analytics Portal, as set by the Account administrator. The following permissions should be checked, depending on which Report should be viewed by the User.

• Features > Reports
• Features > Device Status Report
• Features > Quality of Service Reports- Full Access
• Live Reports
• Meetings > Meetings Dashboard
