Call Queue - Access the Call Handling Section

NOTE: Only Account Administrators or a Call Queue Manager can set up and configure call queues.

1. Log into your RingCentral account as an Administrator

NOTE: You can also log in as the Call Queue Manager.

Under the Admin Portal, go to Phone System and then click Groups. On the Group's List, select the Call Queue group that you wish to modify.

3. Click Call Handling & Members.
