When calling or receiving a call on the RingCentral Mobile App, you may encounter issues where you cannot be heard by the other line. One possible cause of this issue is your Microphone settings. To resolve this, you have to grant microphone permissions to the RingCentral Mobile app.NOTE:

Go to Settings
On the Apps screen, select the gear icon.
On the Configure apps screen, select App permissions
On the App permissions screen select Microphone
Enable Microphone permissions for RingCentral.
, and enter your restrictions passcode.
Tap Allow Changes
and enable RingCentral.
