How to assign a role to several Users at a time


1. Log in to the RingCentral Online account.


2. Go to Admin Portal > Users > Roles.


3. Click a role from the list. You can edit the Assigned Users for both Predefined and Custom Roles.


4. Click the Assigned Users tab.


5. Click Assign User.


6. Select User/s, then click Assign.

NOTE: You may filter the list to show all Users or show only the Users that were selected.

To see the roles assigned to Users, go to Admin Portal > Users > User list > Users With Extensions.
