How to assign a role to one user


1. Log in to the RingCentral Online account.


2. Go to Admin Portal > Users > User list > Users With Extensions.


3. Click the User that needs to be assigned to a role.


4. Click User Details, then click the Settings & Permissions tab.


5. Click Edit below Roles.

6. Select a Role.

7. Click Save, which is located at the bottom right part of the screen.

NOTE: Review the permissions granted to make sure you are selecting the appropriate Role.
