Reassigning phone to another user
1. Log In to your RingCentral Account as an Admin > Go to Admin Portal > Phone System > Phones & Devices > Click the device you wish to reassign.
2. Click Edit User.
3. Select the User where you want to reassign the phone > Click Next.
4. You will see this warning message: "Re-assigning a Deskphone from this extension will also remove any Additional Desktop App(s) of the same location associated with this extension. Outbound calls will no longer be available from those Softphones." If you wish to proceed, click Yes.
