SummaryRingCentral Performance Reports is an additional tool that enables you to research call records to determine your business unit performance. Performance Reports assists you in combining User, Queue, and Call Activity to evaluate performance using Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and targeted filters.

How to Create a Performance Report 

IMPORTANT: All current Historical Report subscriptions will be automatically paused. In order to continue to receive reporting subscriptions, Users will need to enable subscriptions in the Analytics Portal. 

1. Go to Admin Portal > Analytics > Performance Reports

2. Click the Calendar to set the date. You can select preset time periods or select Custom Ranges. Click Done to set.

Click Calendar

3. Click the tab of the report that needs to be generated.

Queues Report
Users Report
Calls Report 

Other Reports you can generate

You can also create the following reports from the Analytics Portal:

• Company Numbers Report 
• Device Status Report
