Pulse - Pulse Admin Console

The Pulse admin console is available only for the users who have Account Administration permission on the RingCentral account.

If you have Account Administration permission you may login to https://pulse.ringcentral.com with your RingCentral credentials and may switch from your personal Alerts page to all Alerts configured on your account. Use the dropdown control at the top of the page to switch to the All Alerts page.

Pulse Admin Console opportunities:
● Review Alerts created by other users on the account
● Edit other users’ Alerts
● Examine Alerts statuses: activated, deactivated, error
● Remove Alerts
● Reassign Alerts to the new owners
