RingCentral inContact Interconnect License - Overview
RingCentral offers an option for RingCentral Office customers with NICE InContact account to enable the Call Center SIP Interconnect. Interconnect allows RingCentral customers to integrate their InContact agents with their RingCentral account. It allows to solve the following:
• 200OK auto-accept issue for agent leg connection calls
• Regionalized agent leg routing
• High voice quality, on-net agent leg calls
• Safe transfers to RC Office extensions
Contact your inContact support to verify if you are able to able to use the inContact Interconnect License as your inContact agent connection. When you receive confirmation from inContact, contact your RingCentral Account Manager to enable inContact Interconnect license.
To verify if inContact Interconnect license is enabled, log in to your RingCentral Account Web Portal then click on Billing. If you see Interconnect License as one of the tabs on the left, Interconnect License is enabled. Ensure that your inContact agents are logging in with the right pattern provided by NICE inContact or your RingCentral Account Manager. ￼
