RingCentral Meetings - Update fails to install new version
User clicks upgrade in the RingCentral Meetings prompt and the new version installs, however within minutes of completing the upgrade, the RingCentral Meetings app restarts and the old version is re-installed.
The User's IT can enable a patch management control that does not allow applications to change. This does not prevent applications from being updated, it simply forces them back to the version that was in place when the policy was enabled.
The User must work with their IT team to identify if they have a patch management policy in place and to disable it for RingCentral applications.
