SummaryThis article provides steps for your Cost Center's Billing items.


How to view your Cost Center's billing items

1. Login to your RingCentral Online account. 

2. Go to Billing > Cost Center Management

3. Select the Cost Center on the list. In this example, we selected the Parent Cost Center.

4. You will see the Cost Center's summary which includes the following: 

• Number of Users assigned to the Cost Center. 
• The Cost Center's total recurring charges per month. 
Billing Items - Assigned: Queue/User extensions and DigitalLines (Desk phones and Soft phones)
Billing Items - Unassigned and Shared: Company Numbers

Click the See details button for the complete list of Billing items.
