How to change a User's Security Question

 
1. The Admin must log in to the Online account, click the Users tab list, and select a User/extension to modify. 
 
2. Click on User Details, go to the General tab.

3. Click Change Password, enter the Current Administrator Password.

4. Click on the Security Question tab.

5. Click the drop-down list to select the Security Question.

6. Fill in the Answer field.

Note: Security Answer should be 5 or more characters and not case sensitive.
