Display Called Party Names on Desk Phones
Before February 12, 2019, the dialed party name was not displayed on desk phones for dialed extensions so a caller is unable to see if he/she dialed the right person before it gets answered.
With this feature, Users who dials another extension within their RingCentral account using their desk phones will be able to see the name assigned to the extension they dialed. This makes it easier for a caller to check if they dialed the right person/extension and end the call as needed.
This feature is supported for all call types within the same account.
This feature is available to all RingCentral Essentials, Standard, and Premium customers.
