1. When you have joined or started a meeting, click Test speaker and microphone on the dialog pop-up below Join with Computer Audio to test your audio.

You can also click the option beside the Join Audio button, and then click Test Speaker & Microphone....

2. You will be asked to test your speaker first.

• Click on the drop-down to set your Speaker.
• The Output Level should display an animated green bar showing that your computer can detect audio.
• Click Yes if you can hear a ringtone.
• Click No if you cannot hear any audio from the first speaker option. Meetings will suggest to test your other available speakers.

3. You will then be asked to test your microphone.

• Click on the drop-down to set your Microphone.
• Speak and pause to test your microphone. The Input Level should display an animated green bar showing that your computer can detect your microphone.
• Click No if there's no detected audio. Meetings will suggest to test your other available microphones.

When no problem is detected, you will be assured to use your Computer Audio.

You can still test your computer audio even on an ongoing meeting. Just click the option beside the Mute/Unmute button, and then click Test Speaker & Microphone.... You can also change your other audio input/output or go to Audio Settings... from here.
