Create/Edit Campaign

1. Click Routing > Campaigns.

2. Click Create New to display the new campaign wizard or click an existing campaign to edit it.

3. Enter (or change, if editing) a value in the Campaign Name field.

4. Optional: If you are editing the campaign and want to change the assigned skills, click Skills and make your changes. For related information, see Assign Skills to a Campaign.

5. Click Create Campaign or, if editing, click Done.

After you create a campaign, you must assign skills to the campaign so the skills will be included in reporting.
