How to Create/Edit a Campaign
Required security profile permissions: Campaigns Create
1. Click Routing
2. Click Create New
to display the new campaign
wizard or click an existing campaign to edit it.
3. Enter (or change, if editing) a value in the Campaign Name
If you are editing the campaign and want to change the assigned skills, click Skills and make your changes. For related information, see Assign Skills to a Campaign
5. Click Create Campaign
or, if editing, click Done
After you create a campaign, you must assign skills to the campaign so the skills will be included in reporting.
