Account Administrators can reactivate a disabled User Extension by following the steps below.


How to Reactivate a Disabled User Extension?


1. Log in to your RingCentral account as an administrator.

2. On the Admin Portal page, click Users.

NOTE: You will know an extension is disabled if there's a red x icon Disabled Extension button before the User's name. 

3. Click Enable to re-enable the User's extension.
