How to search the company call logs on the RingCentral App (Glip) Mobile

The RingCentral App allows mobile Administrators to search for specific call logs in order to troubleshoot User issues. This feature enables the Administrator to filter call logs associated with the extension or phone number.


Search company call logs in RingCentral App for iOS


1. Tap the More button Tap More.


2. Go to Admin Tools > Company Call Logs.


3. Type the extension to search. Use a filter (Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days, Custom Range) if needed.


4. Tap Search.


5. Search results will be displayed. Tap the Information button Info to view more details.
