The Add Toll-Free Minute Bundle feature allows you to add minutes to your Toll-Free Usage. This is applicable when you have consumed the Toll-Free minutes allotted on your account per Billing Cycle.
This article will guide you on how to add a Toll-Free Minute Bundle on your online account.
QUICK TIP: You need to be a Billing Administrator to perform the actions below:
Step 1:

Go to Admin Portal, and then click on the Billing tab.
Step 3:
Click Service Plan.
Step 4:
Click Usage Info.
Step 5:
Under Additional Toll-Free Minute Bundle, click Add.
Step 6:
Once the Select Toll-Free Minutes Bundle window appears, select your preferred toll-free bundle for your account, and then click Next.
NOTE: This option is available on a monthly, contract or annual subscription term.
NOTE: Click Cancel if you want to cancel.
Step 7:
You will be able to see your Order Summary. Review your order, and when everything is good, tick the acknowledgement box, and then click Continue.
NOTE: RingCentral has set limits for the protection of customers from fraudulent activities or over usage. You may get a message saying that you have exceeded the maximum allowed value that can be processed on your account in a single billing cycle. For security purposes, please contact
RingCentral Customer Service to verify your Billing Information and request an account limit increase and proceed with your desired transaction.
Step 8:
Your Order Confirmation will be displayed with the details of your account and your Detailed Billing Transaction. You can click Print to make a hard copy of your bill or click Done to exit.
