How do I add a Toll-Free minute Bundle on my online account

 

1. Log in as an Administrator to your RingCentral Online Account

2. Go to Billing > Service Plan.

3. Go to Additional Bundles section. Under Additional Toll-Free Minute Bundle, click Add.

4. Once the Select Toll-Free Minutes Bundle window appears, select your Cost Center Code.

5. Select your preferred toll-free bundle for your account, and then click Next.

6. You will be able to see your Order Summary. Review your order, and when everything is good, tick the acknowledgement box, and then click Next.

NOTE: RingCentral has set limits for the protection of customers from fraudulent activities or over usage. You may get a message saying that you have exceeded the maximum allowed value that can be processed on your account in a single billing cycle. For security purposes, please contact RingCentral Customer Service to verify your Billing Information and request an account limit increase and proceed with your desired transaction.  

7. Your Order Confirmation will be displayed with the details of your account and your Detailed Billing Transaction. Click Print to make a hard copy of your bill or click Done to exit.
