4. Decide whether to allow Participants to join the conference before the Host does. If yes, tap the Join Before Host slider button.
6. You can invite Participants to the conference through text or email.
NOTE: You may see a different screen when you send an email invitation, depending on the version and model of your phone.

Joining a RingCentral Conference
Participants can join in 3 ways:
• Text (regular SMS - iPhone only)
• Email
• Dial-in Number
• RingCentral Phone for Mobile (RingCentral SMS feature using Tap-to-Join)
When invited through regular Text / SMS (iPhone only)
iPhone Users can now join a RingCentral Conference through a Text Invite, even without installing the RingCentral Phone for Mobile. Android Users can join a conference call by calling the Dial-in Number.
If you are an iPhone User, continue below:
1. Tap the Conference link.

2. Participants who do not have a RingCentral account can tap Others: Join the Conference with the phone. This will allow them to join the conference by calling the Dial-in Number from their phone.
NOTE: This will use their carrier's calling minutes.

RingCentral Users can tap RingCentral member: Join the Conference in RingCentral App to join the conference. When VoIP Calling is enabled on your RingCentral Phone for Mobile, the app will call the Dial-in number, and the Participant code will be entered automatically.

NOTE: If the Text Invite is received through the RingCentral Phone for Mobile, RingCentral Users with an Android or iPhone device can use the Tap to Join feature to join the conference call.

When invited through Email (iPhone only)
iPhone Users can now join a RingCentral Conference through an Email Invite, even without installing the RingCentral Phone for Mobile. Android Users can join a conference call by calling the Dial-in Number. If you are an iPhone User, continue below:
1. Open the Email Invite for the conference, and then tap the link to join.

Dial-in Number
RingCentral Users and their clients who are non-RingCentral Users can join a RingCentral Conference call by calling the Dial-in Number specified on the invite they receive. When Participants call the Dial-in Number, they will be asked to enter the Participant Code. The Participant Code will allow Participants to join the conference.
Participants from an International location can also join the Conference by calling an International Dial-in Number.

RingCentral Phone for Mobile (Tap-to-Join feature)
If the Text Invite is received through the RingCentral Phone for Mobile, RingCentral Users with an Android or iPhone device can use the Tap to Join feature to join the conference call.
