Users can view and modify the following information on the General tab. *
Users will see 3 tabs on the Change Password window.
Click on links below to learn how you can modify the following.
IMPORTANT: Your password should meet the following criteria:
• One (1) letter
• One (1) number
• One (1) special character (!, @, #, $, %, ^, &, * , .) or One (1) uppercase letter
• At least eight (8) characters with a maximum of 32 characters.
• No repeating or sequential characters/numbers.
Enter your Current Password, and then enter your New Password. Re-enter your new password in the Confirm Password box.
The PIN is used to verify the User's identity when checking their voicemail from a phone or in the automated attendant when contacting Customer Care.
IMPORTANT: Your new PIN must meet the following criteria:
• At least 6 numbers
• Maximum of 10 numbers
• Numbers only
• Non-sequential and Non-repeating
To change your PIN, click Change PIN.
Enter your Current Password, then enter the New PIN. Re-enter your new password in the Confirm PIN box.

Enter your answer in the box provided, then click Save.

Users can adjust the following on the Settings & Permissions tab. **

|1||Regional Settings||Click Edit to set your Time Zone and Home Country Code.|

|2||Roles||** This setting cannot be modified.|
This shows you a list of the role/s assigned to you by your Admin. A role is a collection of permissions that could be based on a job function.
Check User Roles and Permissions for more information.
|3||Schedule Meetings for Me||Click Edit to grant permission to other Users in RingCentral Meetings to schedule a Meeting on your behalf.|

|4||User Hours||Check User: Configure User and After hours to learn how you can set your working hours.|
|5||User Groups||** This setting cannot be modified.|
This specifies any User Groups where you are a member. The User group manager can modify your settings and view your Call Log.
Check User groups Overview for more information.
|6||Template||NOTE: This setting is only available to User Admins.|
Click Apply to select a template that needs to be applied to your extension.

|Regional Settings||How to modify|
|1||Time Zone||Click the drop-down box, then set the Time Zone.|
|2||Home Country Code||Click the drop-down box, then set the Home Country Code.|
|3||Greetings Language||Choose the language you want to use for your phone greetings.|
Click the drop-down box, then select your preferred Greetings Language.
|4||Time Format||Select either the 12 h or 24 h format.|
|5||User Language||Choose the language used to view your account and notifications.|
|6||Regional Format||Choose the format used to show date, time, currency, and other numbers.|
NOTE: The hours of operation and time zone you set on your extension's settings will sync with your assigned deskphone and RingCentral Phone. For more information, go to Polycom Phones - Set or Change Date and Time.
Schedule Meetings for Me simplifies the process of scheduling RingCentral Meetings without the need to log in to different accounts to host Meetings for others. For example, a manager can assign his/her executive assistant to schedule Meetings for them.
Select the User/s you permit to schedule a Meeting on your behalf. Click Save.
Select a template to be applied to your extension. You may opt to send a notification to yourself regarding the change.
Click Apply Template.
