To access your User Details, log in to your RingCentral Online account, click Settings, then select User Details.
The User Details section is divided into 2 tabs.
If you want to receive documents about RingCentral's products and services, tick Yes, I would like to receive information on product education, training materials, etc, then click Save.
Your contact details include the following:
• First Name
• Last Name
• Contact Number
• Mobile Phone
The Job Title field is available to indicate your position/designation in the organization.
The Department field is available to indicate which division you belong to.
Enter the email address where you want to receive your RingCentral Security Notices. This email can also be used for logging in to RingCentral services.
Click the Change Password button to update your Password, Pin or Security Question. Links are provided below for instructions.

Record User Name
Use this option to ensure your name is pronounced correctly by the system operator. You can spell out the name the way it sounds to help the operator, or you can record the name in your own voice and use it for announcements instead. See How to record your User Name to learn more.
The Regional Settings section allows you to modify following:
• Time Zone - See Set Hours of Operation and Time Zone to learn how.
• Time Format - See Set Hours of Operation and Time Zone to learn how.
• Home Country Code
• User Language - Choose the language used to view your account and notifications.
• Greetings Language - Choose the language you want to use for your phone greetings.
• Regional Format - Choose the format used to show date, time, currency, and other numbers.

A role is a collection of permissions that could be based on a job function. This setting can only be modified by your Administrator. See User Roles and Permissions for more information.
This specifies the Group within the organization where you belong to. This setting can only be modified by your Administrator. See User Groups Overview for more information.
Schedule Meetings for Me
This option allows you to assign other Users to schedule a meeting on your behalf. See Schedule Meetings for Me to learn how.
