Details
The Billing Tab allows you to view billing statements, edit billing and service plan information, and set-up International Calling.  This article will guide you on how to change the billing cycle of your RingCentral online account.

NOTE:  You need to be an account administrator to perform the following procedure.
 
Step 1:
Log in to your RingCentral online account.  To learn how, click here.
 
Step 2:
Click the Billing Tab from the Main Menu.

Step 3:
Click Service Plan.

Step 4:
Click Change Billing Cycle.

Step 5:
Select the Billing Cycle that you want to switch to.

Step 6:
Click Next.

Step 7:
Confirm your order then click Next

Your billing details will be displayed.  Click on Print to make a hard copy of your bill.
