How to Park calls using the Park Soft key on RingCentral Desk phones
Call Park Soft key Requirements
• Call Park soft key is available on the following phones: Cisco and Polycom phones (except Cisco SPA 508 and Cisco SPA 303) - purchased from RingCentral or 3rd party.
• 3rd party phones must be configured via RingCentral's Assisted Provisioning to have the Call Park soft key.
Park a call
1. On an active call, press the More soft key until the Park soft key is displayed.
2. Press Park.
3. Listen to the prompt indicating that the call has been parked. The prompt will also announce the extension where the call is parked.
To retrieve the parked call, press * + the park location. Example: *802
