Implementation - Schedule an Appointment | RingCentral

SummaryYou can start using the system right away when you have completed the initial setup for your RingCentral Phone. In order to make sure you enjoy your RingCentral subscription, schedule an Implementation appointment. The Implementation Advisor will train, explain, guide and assist at no additional cost. You can schedule an implementation appointment at the beginning of the setup or once your account has been set up.

1. Click the link at the beginning of the setup.

You can also click Schedule Now when you have set up your account.

2. Once the Schedule an Implementation Appointment window appears, you will be asked to Select Date/ Time first.
Click on the drop-down arrow to set your Timezone.

3. Click your preferred day on the Calendar.
You can also click on the Calendar User-added image icon to set your Week beginning.  

NOTE: Appointments can only be scheduled within 30 days of account activation. It is encouraged that you set up your system as soon as possible to maximize use.

4. Scroll down and click your preferred Time.   

5. Enter your details in the Customer Details page. Click Confirm when done.

NOTE: Tick the Are you the primary contact for the training? checkbox if it applies to you. You can also click Back to set your preferred Date/ Time again.

When you have scheduled an implementation appointment, you can click Print to or click Export to Calendar and select the calendar you want your schedule to be exported to.

An Implementation Advisor from RingCentral will contact you on your specified implementation date.
