How to set up the Auto-Purchase amount on the RingCentral Online account
RingCentral has set limits for the protection of customers from fraudulent activities or over-usage. If you get a message saying that you have exceeded the maximum allowed value that can be processed on your account in a single billing cycle, please contact Support to verify your Billing Information, request an account limit increase, and proceed with your desired transaction.
IMPORTANT: Only Super Admins, Billing Admins, and Users with Billing Admin access can view and make changes to this section. See User Roles and Permissions - Overview for more information.
1. Log in to the RingCentral Online account.
2. Go to Billing > Service Plan.
3. Below Auto-purchase, click Edit.
4. By default, the account is set to automatically purchase £20.00 when it runs out of Calling Credits. Select £100.00 if preferred, then click Save.
If you make international calls, the included plan minutes will vary depending on the applicable international rate. To view RingCentral's International Dialling rates, go to https://www.ringcentral.co.uk/support/international-rates.html.
