SummaryHow can I add multiple users on my RingCentral account?
The new online account allows you to add multiple users at a time. To add multiple users to your RingCentral account, follow the steps below.

 Step 1:
Log in to your RingCentral online account.  For instructions, click here.

Step 2:
Go to Settings and then click Phone System.

Click Users.

Click Add Users.

Step 5:
Determine whether to add users with phones or users without phones and then click the correct option.

Step 6:
Enter the Number of Users that you need to add and then select the correct Geographical Prefix.

NOTE:  In this example, Users with Phones is selected.

Step 7:
Click Select Phone.

Step 8:
Select the Desk Phone that you wish to add and then click Add Users.

Step 9:
Review your purchase and then click Next.

Step 10:
Fill out the Shipping form.

NOTE:  Select the option to Ship to Multiple Locations if the devices need to be shipped to different locations.

Step 11:
Go over the charges and then click Submit.
