How to allow a User's email address to use the Email-to-fax feature
RingCentral's Email-to-Fax feature allows Users to send a fax message using the Email address configured in their extension. If Users in your account wants to use Email-to-Fax using other Email Addresses, ensure that their alternate email address is added to their extension's list of Email addresses permitted to send faxes.
Before proceeding to the steps below, make sure that your are already logged in to your RingCentral Online account as an Administrator. For steps, see How to log In to your RingCentral Account.
1. Go to Admin Portal > Users > User list > Users With Extensions, and then click the User that you want to configure.
2. Select Outbound Calls/Faxes, then click Fax Settings.
3. Under Faxes Sent via Email > Email Addresses, enter the email address that you want to allow to send faxes for the selected User extension.
4. To add more email addresses, just type it in the text box provided, then click Add. You can add up to 25 email addresses to a User's Trusted list.
NOTE: To delete an email address, click Delete opposite to the email address you want to delete.
5. Click Save.
