How to Generate a Summary Report
Previously, you can generate a Summary Report within Historical Reports on the RingCentral Online account. With the Analytics Portal, you can generate various Reports, depending on the data you need. Each report presents a graphical summary of the metrics (except for the Calls Report).
Historical Reports such as Queue Activity, User Activity, and Call Detail can be found on the Performance Report section. These reports are now called Queues, Users, and Calls Report, respectively.
The Phone Number Report, now called the Company Numbers Report, can be found in the Company Numbers Report section.
