RingCentral Reports Overview

RingCentral Reports provide enhanced data visualization, allowing you to access dashboards with over 30 key performance metrics, as well as view trends and call patterns.

Account Administrators and Users with administrative privileges can log in to the RingCentral Online account to access various Reports by going to Admin Portal > Analytics

Admin Portal - Analytics Portal


Account Administrators and Users with administrative privileges should be granted the following permissions in order to access the Reports.

• Device Status Report
• Device Status Report - Alerts
• Live Reports - Full Access
• Live Reports - View Only
• Performance and Company Numbers Reports
• Quality of Service Reports - Full Access

These Reports include the following:

• Performance (available reports: Queues, Users, Calls

• Company Numbers (available reports: Numbers, Calls

• Device Status (available reports: Overview, Devices History, Unprovisioned Devices)  

• Live Reports

• Meetings - Dashboard (available tabs: Dashboard, Meetings, RingCentral Rooms, Room Connector, Webinars

• Quality of Service (available reports: Overview, Extensions, Calls, MOS Performance


IMPORTANT: All current Historical Report subscriptions will be automatically paused. In order to continue to receive reporting subscriptions, Users will need to turn on subscriptions in the Analytics Portal.
