How to get the Usage Details of Mobile Users without a DigitalLine

1. Log in to your RingCentral Online Account.
2. Go to Billing > Service Plan.
3. Click Mobile Users History.
4. Click the Apply button to view the Number of External Calls each Mobile User without a DigitalLine has placed within a specified Billing period or a date range.
The result with display Renewal Period, Name, Extension, and Number of External Calls.
NOTE: You can also send a report with detailed information of the phone calls placed to your email. Enter your Email Address on the space provided, and then click on Send.
