Remove a DigitalLine
1. Log in to your RingCentral Online Account as an Administrator.
2. On the Admin Portal page, click Phone System > Phone Numbers > Company. Click on the number that you want to delete.
3. Click Delete Number.
Alternatively, you can hover on the number that you want to delete and click the Delete button.
4. Click Yes to confirm.
NOTE: To remove a number assigned to a device you have to contact RingCentral Support.
If you attempt to remove a line from your online account, you may receive an alert informing you to contact RingCentral. If this is the case, please contact customer support to complete your action.
