What is the RingCentral Service Status site?

The RingCentral Service Status site allows Admin/Users to view any high level service impacting issues on the RingCentral platform even without logging in. This site allows customers to see by feature and region what is being impacted. For more information, go to RingCentral Trust Site.
 

How to access the RingCentral Service Status page?

To access the RingCentral Service Status page, go to https://status.ringcentral.com
 

How does the RingCentral Service Status page work?

The service status page contains issues that are categorized to easily determine what service is affected. 

Any system impacting issues are shown at the top. While all core services can be viewed at the lower part of the site and presented by region.

Service Status Indicator

The RingCentral Service Status Indicator is typically Green and may change color if there is an issue alert. The RingCentral Service Status has the following alert levels:

User-added image Green indicates that no issues are being reported on the server where your account is located.

User-added image Yellow indicates that RingCentral is currently investigating a potential issue.

User-added image Red indicates that issues are being reported on the server where your account is located.
