Start a RingCentral Webinar
RingCentral Webinar is an add-on for RingCentral Meetings that lets you host virtual events and online trainings with up to 3,000 attendees, joining from desktop, tablet and smart devices. See the steps below to know how to start a RingCentral Webinar.
Before starting, make sure of the following:
A RingCentral Webinar License is assigned to you.ii.
You have scheduled a RingCentral Webinar with Registration
or without Registrationiii.
Your RingCentral Meetings for Desktop and Mobile App are in the latest version.NOTE:
Only Account Administrators
or User/s with administrator access
can purchase and assign a RingCentral Webinar licenses. Contact your company administrator to have a RingCentral license assigned to you.
Start a RingCentral Webinar from your RingCentral online account
1. Log in to your RingCentral Online Account
, and then click Tools > Meetings
If you are logged in as an Administrator
, click on the drop-down arrow
and select My Extension
before clicking on Tools > Meetings
2. Click My Webinars
, and then click Start

Click on Delete
if you wish to delete an upcoming Webinar. Click on the Webinar topic if you wish to modify an upcoming Webinar. Click Schedule a Webinar i
f you wish to add a new Webinar.
Start a Ringcentral Webinar from your RingCentral Meetings List
2. Click on Meetings.
3. Click Start on your scheduled RingCentral Webinar under Upcoming. If you have a RingCentral Room Connector system, click Pair.
Start a RingCentral Webinar from a calendar invite
When the host has added the scheduled RingCentral Webinar on your email calendar, you may click on the link displayed on your calendar reminder.
