RingCentral Contact Center Reviewing Account Users

SummaryHow do I view RingCentral Contact Center account users?

Step 1:

Log in to the RC Contact Center Platform using your login credentials.

Step 2:

Click on Admin > Account Setting > Business Unit then click on the Business Unit to access.

Step 3:

There are 2 ways that users can be accessed:
a. Click on Admin > Users > Users. Should bring you to a page similar to below. You can click on the Show dropdown to check on Active, Inactive and All users. Each user can be clicked on to check other details such as log-in history and audit history.

b. Click on Reporting/Analytics>Data Download > Data Download. Type in 350011 in the search box then click on the search icon. Highlight the report for agent list, select date range for month to date, put a check mark on include field list then click on download. The data will be downloaded in excel file.
