How to allow your email address to send faxes via email (Email-to-Fax)

RingCentral's Email-to-Fax feature allows Users to send a fax message using their email accounts. To use the Email-to-Fax feature, Users must authorize their email address by adding it to their extension's list of Email addresses permitted to send faxes.

1. Log in to your RingCentral account.

2. Click Settings, then select Outbound Calls/Faxes.

3. Select Fax Settings.

4. Under Faxes Sent via Email > Email Addresses, enter the email address/es that you want to allow to send faxes for your extension. To add more email addresses, just type it in the text box provided, then click Add. You can add up to 25 email addresses to your Trusted Email Addresses list.

QUICK TIP: To delete an email address, click Delete opposite to the email address you want to delete.

5. Click Save.
