When you send a fax message, you will normally get an email from RingCentral for the
Fax Transmission Results. You will need to set the email address where the notifications will be sent on the
Messages & Notifications section of your RingCentral Online account.
1.
Log In to your RingCentral Account. If you log-in as an Administrator, switch to the
My Extension portal.
2. Go to
Settings then click the
Messages & Notifications tab.

3. Select the
Settings tab. Under
Notifications, click
Edit.

4. Check the box on the right of
Fax Transmission Results (
By Email). Under
Email, enter the email address that will receive the notification. Click
Save to apply your changes.
