Update your Security Question | RingCentral

SummaryThe Security Question is used to verify information when you want to reset your password or to identify your account when contacting Customer Service. This article assumes that you are already able to login to your RingCentral online account but would like to change your Security Question.


How to update Security Question

1. Go to Settings > User Details.

2. Under User Details, click Change Password under Password.

3. Enter your Current Password before changing your Security Question.

4. Click the Security Question tab.

5. Click the drop-down list to select the Security Question and fill in the Answer field.  

Security Answer should be 5 or more characters and not case sensitive.

6. Click Save.
