How to view Billing History?
1. Click Service Plan under the Billing tab.
2. Click Billing History.
A pop-up window appears with your current billing information. You can click on the following links in the window for the detailed information.
• View Full Billing History: Click this link to view the summary of all the Billing transactions on your RingCentral account. Each transaction has a link that you can click to view the Billing Statement.
• View Statement: Click this link to view and print your Billing Statement.
NOTE: You can tick the Send me my billing statement via email checkbox to have a copy of your account's Billing Statement sent to the Email address specified in the Administrator's User Details.
