This article gives instructions on how you can enable or disable HD Voice for a deskphone via the RingCentral Online account.

How can Administrators enable or disable HD Voice for other Users

1. Log in to the RingCentral Online account.
2. Go to Admin Portal > Phone System > Phones & Devices > User Phones.
3. Click the User's deskphone from the list.
4. Scroll down and look for the Bandwidth Settings section.
5. You can now enable or disable the HD Voice feature.

How can a User enable or disable HD Voice on his account

1. Log in to the RingCentral Online account.
2. Go to Settings > Phones & Numbers, then click the Phones tab.
3. Click Edit next to the deskphone.
4. Scroll down and look for the Bandwidth Settings section.
5. You can now enable or disable the HD Voice feature. Refer to the next section below for more information.

How to enable or disable HD Voice

Enable HD Voice
Set Data Usage to High, then check Use HD Voice if possible. Click Save.
Check Use HD Voice if possible
Disable HD Voice
Uncheck Use HD Voice if possible, then click Save.
Uncheck Use HD Voice if possible
