How do I print incoming faxes automatically ?

 


Follow the steps to enable your RingCentral Desktop to automatically print incoming faxes:

1. Log in to your RingCentral Desktop app.

2. Click Settings User-added image icon.

3. Go to Messaging, and then switch ON User-added image Automatically print incoming faxes.

4. Under Printers drop-down list, choose the printer where you want your faxes to be printed. 

5. Exit Settings.
