What are the differences between RingCentral Large Meetings and RingCentral Meetings Webinar?
RingCentral Large Meetings and RingCentral Meetings Webinars address different customer needs.
RingCentral Large Meetings is a many-to-many meeting wherein participants can interact with the other participants using video, audio, screen sharing, and chat within a meeting. You can add up to 300 or 500 participants with Large Meetings. See Meetings - Large Meetings Overview to learn more.
RingCentral Meetings Webinar is a one-to-many meeting wherein participants have limited access. Participants can only do the following actions while on a webinar: listen to the presenter's audio, view what the presenter is sharing, one-to-one chat (Q&A) with presenters, and respond to surveys within a meeting. However, you can have the liberty to present to 100, 500, 1,000, 3,000, 5,000, and 10,000 attendees.
With the RingCentral Large Meetings add-on, you can have up to 500 hosts or panelists for your RingCentral Meetings Webinar

Can I purchase RingCentral Meetings Webinar as a stand-alone service?
No. You need to have a RingCentral MVP subscription or an Essentials/Advanced tier RingCentral Meetings account and the latest version of the RingCentral Meetings for desktop and mobile apps to take advantage of the RingCentral Meetings Webinar add-on.
What RingCentral Plans are supported?
All RingCentral MVP subscriptions and RingCentral Meetings Accounts (Essentials and Advanced) subscriptions are supported.
Can a RingCentral Meetings Webinar license be shared?
No, however, you can un-assign and reassign your RingCentral Meetings Webinar License. A User assigned with the license will be the Webinar owner. See Assigning or unassigning RingCentral Meetings Webinar licenses.
How do I delete a RingCentral Meetings Webinar license?
You need to call support to have it deleted.
What are the different attendee counts?
Webinar is available for 100, 500, 1,000, 3,000, 5,000 and 10,000 attendees.
What is the RingCentral Meetings Webinar host limit?
The RingCentral Meetings Webinar host limit is up to 500, with the Large Meetings add-on. By default, without the Large Meetings add-on, Standard has 4, Premium has 100, and Ultimate has 200.
What is the bandwidth required for RingCentral Meetings Webinar?
Recommended bandwidth for Meetings and Webinar panelists:
- For 1:1 video calling: 600 kbps (up/down) for HQ video and 1.2 Mbps (up/down) for HD video
- For group video calling: 600 kbps/1.2Mbps (up/down) for HQ video. For gallery view: 1.5 Mbps/1.5 Mbps (up/down).
- For screen sharing only (no video thumbnail): 50-75 kbps
- For screen sharing with video thumbnail: 50-150 kbps
- For audio VoiP: 60-80 kbps

How do I create a registration page for my RingCentral Meetings Webinar?
A registration page will be created when you schedule a RingCentral Meetings Webinar with registration. You can also customize the registration page in the Advanced Settings of your scheduled RingCentral Meetings Webinar. See Customizing RingCentral Meetings Webinar registration page to learn more.
How do I approve registrants for my RingCentral Meetings Webinar?
When you schedule a RingCentral Meetings Webinar with registration, you can manually or automatically approve registrants to join your RingCentral Meetings Webinar.
How do I add and invite panelists for my RingCentral Meetings Webinar?
You can add and invite Panelists before your RingCentral Meetings Webinar starts. Panelists are considered full participants in the meeting. They can view, send videos, share screens, annotate, etc. Access your scheduled Webinar in your RingCentral Online account and edit the Panelists option under Advanced Settings. From there, you can add and delete panelists anytime before the Webinar starts. Panelists will receive a direct email invitation separate from the Attendees of a Webinar. Note: You can add up to 500 panelists if the Large Meetings add-on is enabled.
How do I invite attendees to my RingCentral Meetings Webinar?
You can invite attendees to register for your RingCentral Meetings Webinar event. Attendees are view-only participants. They will be able to view the active speaker of the meeting as well as the screen share of the meeting when it is being shared. Access your scheduled Webinar in your online account and edit the Invite Attendees option under Advanced Settings. From there, you can send invites to attendees. How do I reply to a question posted in my RingCentral Meetings Webinar Q&A?
