- The Billing Date adjustment only applies to your subscription fee and does not include additional services, taxes and fees. Additional services includes: DigitalLines, Additional Phone Numbers, Vanity Numbers and etc.
- The Billing Date of the Additional services and charges will still be the original billing date.
- Depending on your plan, the remaining minutes will not be adjusted when the billing date is moved. You may have to purchase additional calling credit packages if necessary.
- Courtesy billing adjustments can only be done one time on the account, the next request for billing adjustment is subject for evaluation and approval.
