Group Settings Overview

Administrators and call queue managers can quickly add or create call queues whenever they want a specific group of users (such as sales, support, or billing) to share incoming call traffic. This capability allows you to easily redistribute calls to any custom group you set up.

Each call queue can be assigned its own extension, direct local, or toll-free number.
