International Minutes Bundles provide cost-saving options for companies that require greater International Calling utilization of their phone system.
Administrators can add international call bundles to the account at any time using the service portal. Bundles can also be removed or upgraded for the next billing cycle.
NOTE: The call bundles support calling to international landlines and are available for UK customers with 2 or more users. Calls to mobile phones/destinations are not supported.
This article will guide you in adding International Call Minute Bundles to your RingCentral account.
Go to Billing
and click Service Plan
Select Usage Info
and click on Add
under Additional International minute bundle
Click the estimated number of minutes that corresponds to your International Calling activity and then click Next
Go over the Order Confirmation
and tick the box that says "I acknowledge that I have read this information and understand the itemised charges listed above.". Click Continue
You have just added International Call Bundles to your RingCentral account.
